Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for verifying service details before confirming any agreement with an artisan. This includes confirming pricing, scope of work, and timelines. Customers should also provide accurate information regarding their service needs.

Verification and Safety

Workafix aims to collect relevant information from users and may implement verification processes to help maintain a trustworthy platform. We may monitor activities, investigate suspicious behavior, and take action against accounts involved in fraudulent or harmful conduct.

Platform Role

Workafix serves as a digital platform that connects users. We do not directly perform services provided by artisans. Agreements, negotiations, and final service arrangements are made between the customer and the artisan.

Limitation of Liability

While Workafix strives to create a safe and reliable platform, we cannot guarantee the performance, quality, or outcome of services provided by artisans. Users agree that they engage with other users at their own discretion and responsibility.

Fraud and Misconduct

Workafix reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently remove accounts involved in fraudulent activity, abuse of the platform, or violations of these terms. We may also cooperate with authorities when necessary to investigate serious misconduct.

Changes to These Terms

Workafix may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes to the platform or legal requirements. Continued use of the platform after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
